I am a Kundalini Yoga Instructor based in Brighton and Hove, offering one-to-one sessions (also available in London), drop-in classes, private group sessions for family and friends, and workshops. I also offer Kundalini Yoga breathing and meditation classes and private sessions for mothers-to-be and new mothers.

I am passionate about sharing with you the benefits of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, particularly in helping you to integrate this sacred technology into your busy lifestyle.
